School Volunteer Information

School Volunteer Requirements:

  • Complete 3 training courses in SafeSchools
  • Completed School Volunteer Information Submission Google Form

Steps for all School Volunteers:

  1. Complete school volunteer training prior to volunteering (see below for directions)
  2. Once you complete School Volunteer Training, download your school volunteer training course completion certificates
  3. Complete and submit the School Volunteer Information Submission Google Form (click title of form to access the form). **Be sure to upload the volunteer training course completion certificates

Process to complete School Volunteer training:

  1. Navigate to SafeSchools website: https://coltsneck-nj.safeschools.com/register/c5eaaefd
  2. Enter your email address as the username and complete your First and Last Name
  3. Click “Register”
  4. Complete the 3 training courses

* if you need to return to the website at another time to complete the training courses, use the username/email address that you used for the initial self registration and this link: https://coltsneck-nj.safeschools.com/login

  1. Always save your school volunteer training completion certificates to be submitted in the School Volunteer Information Submission Google Form: https://forms.gle/Se9d1pBjFV3DodsbA
