Cross Country  
    Pizza Party and Fun Run
    The team fun run and pizza party with be held after school on Monday 10/23 until 3:45. If you are attending you need to give $5 to Mr. Walker or Mrs. Rosenberg by Friday 10/20. Uniforms need to be handed in at the pizza party unless you are running at the all-star meet.
    Week of 10/16-10/20
    Monday 10/16- Home meet vs Hazlet
    Tuesday 10/17No Practice
    Wedensday 10/18Away meet @ Ocean

    Thursday 10/19- Practice until 3:45
    Friday 10/20- Home meet vs Bayshore
    Home Meets
    All home meets will be a held at Bucks Mill Park, starting at 3:45.  All students will need a ride home after the meet at 4:30, LATE BUSES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
    Away Meets
    The bus will bring students back to CDMS after the meet to be picked up by parents. Students are also permitted to be picked up immediately after the meet. LATE BUSES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

    The Middle School Cross Country experience is designed for all students of all ability and fitness levels.  We encourage walkers, joggers, and competitive runners to join Cross Country in the Fall. Students can create their own goals for what they want to get out of the program.

    For those who are competitive, we do offer the opportunity to compete in several events throughout the fall.  The team aspect of cross-country is a great physical, mental, and social experience for all middle school athletes.  While we encourage all participants to compete with the team, it is the students' choice.  Those that do not compete can go to watch and help out at the meets.
