QSAC
NEW JERSEY QUALITY SINGLE ACCOUNTABILITY CONTINUUM (NJQSAC)
Once every three years public school districts in New Jersey are required to undergo monitoring by the New Jersey Department of Education.
NJQSAC MONITORING PROCESS
The five (5) areas which are assessed for District Performance Reviews (DPRs) are instruction and program, fiscal management, governance, operations and personnel.
The monitoring process includes a self-evaluation and on-site monitoring by the Monmouth County Department of Education. School districts must achieve a minimum score of at least 80% in each area to pass QSAC monitoring and be designated as a “high performing” school district.
Colts Neck Township Schools' on-site monitoring occurred on January 22, 2025. As a result, Colts Neck Township Schools did not meet the required threshold of at least 80% compliance across all five (5) areas. Our district received the following placement scores:
| Instruction and Program | 81% |
| Fiscal Management | 78% |
| Governance | 87% |
| Operations | 90% |
| Personnel | 100% |
