Transparency in Coverage ("TiC") rules provide that machine-readable files be available and accessible to any person free of charge and with no conditions or establishment of an account such as, passwords, credentials and or submission of identifiable information when retrieving the file. Basically, these files must be made available on a public website that anyone can access without any restrictions. See informational pamphlet provided by Brown & Brown below:
