At its March 6, 2019 Regular Meeting, the Colts Neck Board of Education approved the adoption of revisions to Policy 7510 - Use of Facilities (see below).  As per said policy, it is a requirement that the School District provide a copy of Policy and Regulation 2431.4 - Prevention and Treatment of Sports-Related Concussions and Head Injuries to all youth sports team organizations that operate on school grounds or in school facilities. Therefore, provided below is a PDF of said Policy and Regulation.
