The school district is comprised of three school buildings, one administration building, and a bus yard. Existing Board of Education policies provide for outside use of facilities under certain guidelines which are outlined in Board of Education Policy #7510.
The District's food service operations are managed by Pomptonian, Inc. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact your child's school cafeteria or Christine Magnifico, Food Service Director, directly at Ext. 4754.
All bills and claims are processed through a purchase order/voucher system by the accounts payable staff. These expenditures relate directly to the district's budget and line item expenditures. Suplee Clooney & Co. is employed as the school district's auditors. The school district audit is conducted annually following the close of each year's books (June 30th). Following each audit, a report is made to the Board of Education and community at a regularly scheduled Board meeting.
All payroll matters for district staff (both permanent and substitute employees) are handled through the Business Office, and the staff is happy to answer any questions relating to salary, state pension, and health benefits.
Our Transportation Department transports 100% of Colts Neck students to and from school. An overview of our Transportation Policy is outlined in Board of Education Policy # 3541 .
